A booking can be made online at www.kalamasafaris.com or through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. An electronic receipt from KWPS confirms the booking.
Travelers requiring special assistance, including but not limited to those who periodically or permanently use a wheelchair, must be accompanied by someone who is fit and able to assist them, and who will be totally responsible for providing all required assistance.

The traveler may withdraw from the trip in writing at any time prior to departure. If the traveler withdraws from the travel contract or does not start the journey, the following fee and refund policy applies to the travel contract cancellation.
