David Kalama lives in Nairobi with his wife and two sons. A passionate safari director and guide with more than 20 years of experience, David is a highly respected wildlife expert and talented photographer who loves sharing his knowledge with every guest.
Together with his experienced driver-guides — who speak English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, and other languages — David’s team brings sharp eyesight and deep local insight to every game drive, spotting even the most camouflaged animals in the bush.

Traveled the world and never have we ever had a better director or guide. Because of David Kalama we have been going (to East Africa) for seven years. You are missing out on the best way to safari if you go with anyone other than David Kalama. He provides amazing connections that give you white glove service throughout the entire trip, his knowledge of the local history and animals is unmatched, and he will put you in the best possible position to get the best shots of all of the local flora and fauna.
