Better than any 5 star hotel I stayed in a “tent” here. I put in quotation marks because it was nicer than most 5 star resorts I have been to. The service was absolutely excellent. I had a freestanding tub, king sized bed, 2 sinks, an open to the air shower that was stunning! Full length mirror. There was a cold and hot drinking water thing in the tent to make coffee. There was a jar of little cookies next to it. The views were absolutely incredible. After coming back from a day long game drive it was lovely to take a shower, and sit either on the deck or in the lounge chairs inside the tent in my robe, drinking a coffee and overlooking the Serengeti. The manager (her name might have been Anza?) was exceptional and so focused on customer service. The food was incredible! It was so incredibly serene. We never used the pool when we were there but it was a beautiful infinity pool. Every tent faces the Serengeti and has a hard surface floor and first class amenities throughout.
