I booked a day room at the hotel before my flight back to London. The check-in staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. I needed a document printing out which they happily did for me.
The courtesy transport to the airport was an absolute godsend. Not only is it a one-on-one service which runs every few minutes, the wonderful driver will assist in getting you through the chaos at the airport terminal. It would have taken me at least a further 30 minutes without his guidance.
I shall definitely book to stay here next time I’m in Nairobi.
