My wife and I had an exceptional vacation at the Four Seasons Serengeti. The staff was incredible and provided service that above and beyond. We had an amazing game drive guide who showed us so many animals and offered his extensive knowledge during our drives. The food at the hotel was delicious at each restaurant and meal. We requested to rent a camera one morning for a game drive and the concierge was able to accommodate in less than 15 minutes before our drive began. Everything was catered to allow us to enjoy our vacation and not worry about anything. The lodge even packed snacks for our game drives and a lunch for us when we departed. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. I definitely recommend the Four Seasons Serengeti
