Wanted to give my husband an amazing birthday experience with a bush getaway and the Cliff was just the place to be. The booking office was very helpful and we were able to get to the camp using the Google maps provided as with the rise of waters in Lake Nakuru u have to use an alternate route The tents are indeed luxurious spacious and with a very comfortable bed The views in each tent is similar therefore no need to pick any particular one you get the same breathtaking view of the lake. They provide a wake up call to catch the sunrise from the comfort of your bed which is awesome and romantic. The tent had a coffee/tea facility and the chef included some freshly baked cookies which was a plus as most places you only find plain tea/coffee. Hot water was available and is instant for both the shower and the large tub if u need a good soak with some bath salts provided Turn down service is available and it was amazing to get to a warm bed as they put a hot water bottle in the sheets The chef is simply exceptional we loved each meal he prepared, everything was fresh, the waiters were really friendly and keen on assistance if needed On check out day our car had even been cleaned….. how about that for customer satisfaction And yes we got souvenirs too… A branded water bottle to remember our stay at the cliff
